Reflections of a Variant

Chuck DeGroat takes on the issue of Narcissism in church leadership with his book, When Narcissism Comes to Church. This book was eye-opening and helped me understand what drove a lot of my own experiences in Evangelical leadership circles. What I appreciated about this book is it doesn’t just point to the problem, but challenges the reader to self-reflect and examine how they interact with others as well. It was a little hard to get into at first but picks up a couple chapters in, and wows by the end.
